2018年，新年愉快！
也就是藏曆的地狗陽年
西曆2018年
藏曆2017年尾，慶祝西曆新年
吉祥如意！一切圓滿！
一年又過去了
此刻，新的一年剛開始
我由衷地祝福大家一切吉祥
最豐收、最快樂、最和諧的一年！
因為，在我們生命中最重要的本質是快樂
當我們處在不和諧的狀態，生命很難去定義。
當我們感受到內在與外在都絕對和諧時，快樂變得很鮮明，很真實
這個世界是有快樂的
每位眾生都有
每個家庭都有快樂
每個個體也都有快樂
我們可以很清楚的看到
快樂最重要的面向
是每個個體的快樂
因為，如果家中的每個成員都快樂
那麼，會是個愉快的家庭
而且，如果每個家庭都快樂，那麼就是快樂的鄰居
然後是每個鎮、鄉、城市都快樂
那麼就是一個快樂的國家。
又如果每個國家都快樂
那麼這個世界就快樂
所以，這是每個父母的責任
教育小孩如何過一個快樂的人生
這是每個老師的責任
教育每個學生，如何過一個快樂的人生
這是每個宗教大師或宗教領袖的責任
教導每位有信心的成員要快樂
以我質樸的方式，我祈禱
以我質樸的方式，
我願分享我從佛陀的教授所學到的
當你關懷他人
真誠的、虔心的關懷，那麼你就會成為一個快樂的人
每個人的一切痛苦
都是由於太過自私
因此，我相信
慈悲心、誠摯心、智慧
以及真正的服務他人
就是生命的意義
是在我們每個人之內的
當它顯現時，我們變得有能力
我們是有能力的
當它未顯現時，我們就沒有那能力
那種能力
去幫助自己，或是去幫助別人
因此，我總是向佛陀祈禱
能有那樣的智慧
而且，我總是盡己所能的教授他的教導
為了那個目的
同時，我盡己所能的將佛法運用到生活中
我每一天的生活
當然，有覺知與覺性會讓我們繼續前進

Greetings! Greetings!
For very happy new year 2018.
And also year of the earth male dog.

Tibetan 2017, celebrate Western New Year 2018
Tashi Delek! Everything is perfect!
One year has passed.
And now a new year just started.
I sincerely wish you all for the best,
most productive, most happy and harmonious year.
Because, in our life, most important essence is to be happy.
And it is very difficult to define
when we are not in harmony.
Happiness become very bright, and alive
when you feel absolute harmony within and without.
In this world there is happiness for every living beings
and also there is happiness for every family
and there is happiness for every individuals
We can see it very clearly
the most important aspect of happinessis the individual happiness
because if every individual person in the family is happy
then it will be happy family.
And if every family is happy, then it will be happy neighborhood.
And then every town, and village and city are happy,
then it will be happy country.
And if every country is happy,
then it will be happy world.
So, it is the duty of every parent
is to teach children how to live a happy life.
It is the duty of every teacher,
is to teach every student how to live a happy life
It is the duty
of every religious masters or leaders
to teach every member of the faith to be happy.
And in my humble way, I pray.
And in my humble way,
I want to share what I have learned from the teaching of Buddha.
When you care for other,
genuinely sincerely, then you become happy person.
All the suffering of every individual
is coming from too much selfishness,
therefore I believe
the compassion, sincerity, wisdom,
and genuine service for other
is the purpose of life
is within each one of us.
When it manifest we become capable
we have ability
when it does not manifest, then we don't have that capability,
that ability.
to help ourselves, of help others.
Therefore, I always pray to Buddha
for that wisdom
And I always do my best to teach his teachings for that purpose.
And I do my best to implement that in my life,
my everyday life
Of course, mindfulness, awareness which keeps us going.
