On April 8th, 2011, following the 4th year Mahamudra transmission and after the completion of an 11 day grand Vajrasattva (Dorje Sempa) puja conducted by the Rinpoches and monks of Palpung Sherabling, there was a transmission of the Red Crown Ceremony as well as a Vajrasattva Empowerment given by the Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa.

During the Empowerment Rinpoche presented an enlightened teaching on Vajrasattva for the public. That same night an elaborate Ganachakra and offerings of dances and songs by several young Monastery school monks and some Mahamudra students of were presented as a conclusion and dedication of the Mahamudra transmission from Vajradhara Chamgon Tai Situpa for this year.
