Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa has been engaged in dharma activity in the holy place of Bodhgaya, Bihar for almost one month now. Firstly, innumerable Rinpoches, tulkus, khenpos and sangha members along with disciples from all over the world came to Bodhgaya to participate in Guru Vajradhara’s long-life ceremony and 60th birthday celebrations that encompassed a commemoration of the Tai Situpa lineage and activities of Palpung institution and Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat. Secondly, Guru Vajradhara taught the profound dharma in a clear and concise way of an overview of Buddhism and Kuntu Zangpo Monlam at the request of Tergar International and then Ganges Mahamudra at the request of a group of international disciples that had in the past attended the six-year Mahamudra Ocean of Certainty teachings and transmissions. The students felt they returned back to their respective countries feeling full of blessing and with greater devotion and understanding of the sacred dharma. Thirdly, upon the smooth completion of all these dharma activities, on the afternoon of 31 March 2014, Guru Vajradhara went into retreat with Lama Lode, his 93 year old tutor, at Tergar Monastery, Bodhgaya.
