On the very auspicious day of the 11th of May 2014, Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa appointed new staff in the main temple in the presence of all the sangha of Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat. Guru Vajradhara appointed Lama Tsenor as the new chief discipline master and Lama Tashi Namgyal as the director of Palpung young monks' school. The master of Vajranyitham (lama dance), master of ritual, assistant discipline master, Lama for all five shrine rooms and representative Lamas to the Palpung branch monasteries and dharma centers all over the world were also appointed. A total of around forty new staff positions were appointed by Guru Vajradhara with white scarves and red blessing ribbons. At the appointment ceremony, Guru Vajradhara expressed his appreciation for all the staff previously in these positions for their service to the monastery and that they will increase their good merit. Guru Vajradhara also gave a very special teaching to all the members of sangha at the gathering on daily practices to preserve and uphold the Buddha dharma.
