As organized every year with the permission from the Ministry of Health, Government of Himachal Pradesh, Palpung Munishasan Dharmachakra Sangh arranged a free medical eye camp at Bhabanagar Community Health Center(CHC) District Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh, India from the 20th to 24th of July 2014.

Lama Tashi Dhondup (head of Palpung Sherabling Health Center) travelled to the eye camp in Kinnaur with full support and a complete medical team from the Rotary Eye Hospital Maranda, Palampur Himachal Pradesh headed by Dr S.K. Sharma (Director), Dr Rohit Sharma (Eye Surgeon) and Dr Ashish Gupta (Eye Surgeon).

The free medical eye camp of 2014 was completed as part of the continuation of the selfless activity of Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa. This year a total of 1052 people came for check-up at the free medical eye camp this year. Some patients needed lens glasses, some needed medicine and some needed operations. 350 patients received lens glasses and 68 patients had eye operations. All the required operations were done at Bhavanagar CHC.
