Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa along with his 93 year tutor Yongzin Lama Lodoe and several attendants embarked on a pilgrimage to Rameswaram in Tamilnadu on the 14th of January 2015. According to Vajrayana Buddhism, Rameswaram is one of the most holy and sacred places among the 24 major holy sites.

Then from the 18th to 19th of January 2015 Guru Vajradhara’s pilgrimage continued to Aurangabad in Maharastra where he and his entourage made pilgrimages to Ajanta and Ellora caves which are holy place of Mahapanditas and Mahasiddhas.

Some portions of these caves also have important spiritual and religious significance for the Hindu and Jain religion.

Guru Vajradhara and Yongzin Lama Lodoe along with monks made special prayers and offerings at each of these holy places to bring genuine happiness and harmony to each and every living being and end conflicts and tension around the world.

Guru Vajradhara and his accompanying monks' entire pilgrimage was hosted by Guru Vajradhara's students from Mumbai.

Guru Vajaradhara’s pilgrimage to holy places of all religions around the world is a continuing activity he has undertaken over several decades to foster One World for Humanity and Active Peace.

May Buddha nature (limitless potential) of all beings shine more and more and may they swiftly reach ultimate liberation.
