Every year with the permission from the Ministry of Health, Government of Himachal Pradesh, Palpung Munishasan Dharma chakra Sangh arranges a free medical eye camp at Pooh Community Health Center (CHC) District Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh, India. This year the eye camp was held from the 23th to 25th of June 2015.

Lama Tashi Dhondup (head of Palpung Sherabling Health Center) travelled to the eye camp in Kinnaur with full support and a complete Eye Specialist Doctors Team from the Rotary Eye Hospital Maranda, Palampur Himachal Pradesh headed by Dr S.K. Sharma (Director), Dr Rohit Sharma (Eye Surgeon), Dr Ashish Gupta (Eye Surgeon).

The free medical eye camp of 2015 was completed as part of the continuation of the selfless activity of Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa. This year a total of 500 people came for check-up at the free medical eye camp. Some patients needed lens glasses, some needed medicine and some needed operations. 252 patients received lens glasses and 25 patients had eye operations. All the required operations were done at Pooh CHC.
