Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa was requested by the organizers of the 9th Delhi International Arts Festival to bless the opening ceremony at Purana Qila, Mathura Road, New Delhi. The opening of the 15 day festival was on the 16th of October 2015. Guru Vajradhara blessed the inauguration of the festival and gave the following advice as requested by the organizers.

As we have witnessed today, the art of any form has no boundary and it brings us all together and we can feel it in our hearts not only in our heads. This is what we need today in the 21st century. Our head is really well developed but our heart is a little bit weak from time to time. Therefore, we have to strengthen our heart by harmony and this is what I have seen here today. All the music which is the expression of the human spirit comes out in such a beautiful way. For the eye, for the ear and for the entire body. I have seen everyone's dances here - that is the sign of power of the unity in diversity. May Buddha Bless this wonderful and important 9th Delhi International Arts Festival. The world is waiting for something like this. Every corner of the world, everybody should expose to everyone else in their mind, in their spirit, in their heart. Because I am a Buddhist, I say Buddha Bless you all from my heart.
