On the 27th of June 2017, Palpung Lungrig Jampal Ling Buddhist Higher Studies of Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat held a grand event on the 4th day of the 5th month according to the Kalachakra calendar. It is the day when Buddha turned the first wheel of dharma which is the teaching commonly known as the Four Noble Truths.

On this very auspicious day, Guru Vajradhara The 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa appointed five new Khenpo and present them Lopon certificate.

3. Karma Tsultrim Sangpo.

4. Karma Sopa.

5. Kunchok Lhakyab.

Chosing was appointed new discipline master of Shedra with two new assistants Tsenchok and Tenzin Phuntsok.

Annual academic result of Palpung university of Buddhist science declared and Guru Vajradhara The 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa presented to award to toppers.

Jamyang choedak was appointed as the director, Lama Sherab Drimey as new discipline master and Karma Yonten as assistant discipline master of Palpung university of Buddhist science.

Guru vajradhara also present prizes to the annual toppers of Tsokdra acadamic studies.

Omze Thinley Gyurmey was appointed as the education supervisor of Tsokdra department. Rinchen Dawa, Nyima Dorjee and Karma Kunsang were appointed as new junior chanting master. Karma Lhawang was appointed as new Vajra Nyitham master (Champon).

Above all were done under the blessing of Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa. All of the sangha of Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat attended this major event at the main shrine hall of Palpung Lungrig Jampal Ling College of Higher Buddhist Studies and also received teachings and pith instructions from Guru Vajradhara.
