Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche Yangsi of Benchen Monastery visited Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat on February 18 to meet with Guru Vajradhara the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa. At 10 am that morning, the entire monastic community of Palpung Sherabling welcomed Yangsi Rinpoche with an official procession. When Yangsi Rinpoche arrived, he offered a mandala and representations of enlightened body, speech and mind to Guru Vajradhara while the Palpung Administration offered Rinpoche and his entourage a traditional welcome ceremony with tea and sweet rice.

The following morning, Guru Vajradhara performed a cleansing and blessing ceremony for Yangsi Rinpoche, after which Rinpoche and his entourage had lunch with Guru Vajradhara.
