On October 19, 2008 the Very Venerable Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche paid a visit to Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat where he was warmly welcomed by the Sangha in an elaborate ceremony, He then spent several hours with Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa and then departed that same day.
