From February 21, 2021, the 9th day of the Month of Miracles during which the Buddha manifested miracles in order to bring non-believers onto the path of liberation, the entire monastic community of Palpung Yeshe Rabgye Ling is conducting a seven-day Monlam (prayer festival), which includes the offering of over 100,000 butter lamps, as well as recitations of the King of Prayers and other aspirations. This festival is dedicated for all beings in general, and especially for the well-being of the living and deceased connected to our Nunnery, the flourishing of the Dharma, and the pacification of sicknesses, famines, wars, and other calamities of the present degenerate time.
