November 5, 2021 marked the 40th anniversary of the mahaparinirvana of His Holiness the 16th Buddha Karmapa Rangjung Rigpe Dorje, the embodiment of enlightened activity of the buddhas of the three times. On this occasion, Guru Vajradhara H.H. the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa visited the National Museum in New Delhi, and before the Buddha's relics he held prayers to recollect the guru combined with aspirations. At the same time, Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat's study and practice departments conducted separate ceremonies to recall the life and qualities of the 16th Gyalwang Karmapa's three secrets. Each department arranged extensive offerings and distributed dana to their monastic community, who performed Calling the Guru from Afar addressed to the 16th Karmapa.
