To observe the World Tuberculosis Day, Palpung Munishasan Dharma Chakra Sangh organized an event to raise awareness of tuberculosis as a part of the Central Indian Government's TB Elimination Programme. This event took place on March 25, 2022 at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat's primary school, where the Block Medical Officer of Mahakal in collaboration with the monastic seat's health department presented lectures to the school's teachers, staff, and students on the nature of tuberculosis and other diseases, their causes, contributing conditions, and symptoms, as well as their individual treatments and prevention.
