At the request of the lay communities of Bajaura in the Kullu district of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, Khenpo Tsultrim Zangpo of Palpung Yeshi Rabgyeling Nunnery presented an introduction to Buddhism and meditation instructions at Palpung Gesar Damo Temple on June 13 and 14, 2024. Khenpo fulfilled the hopes of devotees who gathered there by sharing the Dharma. He began by discussing the threefold excellence, which encompasses the excellent beginning of bodhichitta, the excellent main part without conceptualization, and the excellent conclusion of dedication. Following this, he provided instruction on the use of a mala and guided meditation sessions.
