Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa was invited by the organizers to speak from a Buddhist perspective on the subject of "Establishing a Violence-free Society for a Golden Era" on Saturday 6 December 2014 at the Om Shanti Retreat Center, Gurgaon. Guru Vajradhara elucidated the various meanings of violence and non-violence and then encouraged everyone to bring about the transformation of our perception from understanding what it means to be "One World, One Humanity". Among the panelists were various religious leaders and many dignitaries from different fields of humanitarianism.
